We handle everything: choosing the production partner, production follow-up, quality control, documentation and logistics. This way, you can produce in Portugal with confidence and without managing confections directly. It's ideal for brands that value proximity, quality and a single point of contact responsible from quote to delivery.
No. You can start with just the idea of what you want to produce. Your Dedicated Consultant helps you develop the tech pack: materials, measurements, finishes, packaging and labels. Or, if you already have a complete tech pack, you can submit it directly. Either way, we validate the technical details with the confection before moving to production, to avoid surprises.
There's no fixed minimum. The minimum quantity depends on the product and the confection best suited to your case, and can range from a sample to a full container. Tell us what you need and your Dedicated Consultant confirms what's viable, the deadline and the price, always with the same network of Portuguese confections.
The confection is chosen based on real data: average historical lead time, fulfillment rate and number of complaints. Not availability. Quality control is scheduled before shipping, in a window set with your Dedicated Consultant, and the report is shared with you before the order ships. If a stage takes longer than the historical average, the system alerts the Dedicated Consultant automatically, before you have to ask.
Each quote breaks down every component: raw material (when applicable), cutting, sewing, packaging, accessories and logistics. There are no hidden costs: if something wasn't foreseen in the initial proposal, it's quoted separately before being charged. Payment is by bank transfer and you receive a detailed invoice per order, organized on the platform along with all the documentation.
